Below-Ground Garage Shelter
EF5 below-ground tornado shelters are installed conveniently in your garage without the use of valuable home square footage. Keep your shelter out of the weather's way. Installation typically takes between 4 to 8 hours, depending on the size.

Below-Ground Concrete Slope Front
Our below-ground concrete slope front shelters allow for easy access. We can build precast concrete steps with a steel handrail. Our shelters are specially engineered and tested to meet the highest quality standards at a competitive price. We use all of the excess dirt around the cover as a berm to provide extra protection.

EF5 below-ground concrete flat top shelters are an excellent option for individuals seeking shelter without the berm slope front. We’ll remove the excess dirt and operate a boom truck to ensure maximum protection for your loved ones. There will need to be a minimum of 9’W and 13’H of clearance.
